Who is this coaching for?
AI tools can generate training plans, but they don’t fully account for the nuances of your schedule, stress levels, or how you’re actually responding to training. This coaching is built on real-world experience and ongoing human insight. Plans are adjusted based on your feedback, your workload, and how you’re feeling week to week. The result is a more practical, responsive approach that supports consistency over time.

Why is this different from using an AI or virtual coaching app?
Both. In-person coaching is available for clients in the Waterloo Region, while virtual coaching is offered for those outside the area.

Is coaching in-person or virtual?
How is communication handled?

Weekly training blocks are sent via email with ongoing talk or text communication through the week as needed. You’ll have regular check-ins and the ability to reach out with questions or updates as needed.
