Scott Arnald Run Coaching is built on a foundation of high level experience, real world balance, and a deep understanding of what it takes to improve as a runner. We offer monthly training plans tailored to busy professionals looking to build a consistent running routine within demanding schedules.

Founder Scott Arnald, a Waterloo native, brings nearly 30 years of running and coaching experience, along with 16 years in the corporate world. A former varsity athlete at the University of Waterloo, he competed in cross country and track & field, and continued racing competitively beyond university and as a Masters athlete, covering distances from the 1500m (3:45.06) to the marathon (2:33:46 in Boston).

Through balancing his own corporate career while raising a young family, Scott understands firsthand the challenges of prioritizing health amid competing demands. He has seen how stress, long hours, and packed schedules can leave people feeling burned out, out of shape, and disconnected from their physical well-being. That perspective is central to his coaching approach.
